* Initiated and maintained horizontal integration between a wide range of national technical means, commercial platforms and tactical Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms to maximize the values of GEOINT collection as a mechanism to drive analytical and complementary intelligence efforts. The direct results of these efforts were an increase in situational awareness and a decrease in decision times.* Using GIMS, created and maintained GINs, created, modified, and maintained OOIs, and searched for, recommended or initiated creation of AGI products to fulfil analyst requirements. * Adjudicated (final review) GEOINT requirements from agencies across the IC resulting in decreased collection overlap and increased efficiencies within the TCPED cycle.* Cultivated and maintained relationships with stakeholders within and outside the direct supervisory chain as well as engaging in collaboration through-out the Intelligence Community (IC).* Prepared and presented collection posture statements, technical analyses, position papers, operational briefings, and operational procedures.

* Managed a diverse watch team of 30 multi-agency subject matter experts as part of the Director of National Intelligence’s Collaboration Network which created new partnerships across the IC resulting in greater innovation and intelligence sharing. * Utilizing Web Fish Tools, an understanding of National Technical Means, and working with professionals across the IC, initiated AGI product creation prior to, or in response to, end-user requests for information covering a wide range of intelligence problems, prepared initial situation reports and conducted reporting of events.* Monitored multiple unclassified and classified e-mail accounts, chat servers, telephones and other communication systems to maintain high state of situational awareness concerning worldwide events affecting deployed US military and civilian personnel as well as US interests abroad.* Assisted with information sharing within the JCC and IC such as logging, tracking, and entering Requests For Information (RFIs) into appropriate databases, as well as providing resolution to urgent RFIs to JCC stakeholders regarding data within the system, distributed GEOINT products to JCC stakeholders and other intelligence agencies, maintained a watch log of actions, managed notification rules and call lists, and provided shift pass down to relief.

As a result of this degree, I understand and am familiar with the role C4I systems play in the use of military power and have the ability to interpret the impact of C4I on operating philosophy; provide background knowledge in basic technology, human capabilities, and joint military operations and how these factors are exploited in current C4I systems; and am able to perform requirement and planning studies of new C4I systems and contribute to crisis management.

* Coordinated all aspects of facility management for 315 person intelligence detachment, implemented new facilities and consolidated the intelligence work force which created new efficiencies and enhanced work-flow.* As a physical security manager, reviewed plans, site locations, construction techniques, and use of materials to ensure new construction met the requirements of DCID 6/9.* Provided legal advice to the Joint Service Commander for all Navy personnel legal issues which was instrumental in maintaining good order and discipline.
