As the lead operations program manager for responsibly introducing Generative AI features to Facebook and Instagram, I ensure new products meet Meta's high bar for safety, transparency, and legitimacy. I also lead Meta's trust and safety content regulation readiness process to define and operationalize auditability and quality assurance milestones in response to international regulations like the EU Digital Services Act.

I spent my summer internship designing a quantifiable integrity risk assessment for all new end-user products launching on Facebook. My work enables operations teams to scale the product review process to more efficiently prevent abuse for the 3+ billion users of our platform. I also had the opportunity to partner closely with engineers, policy, and product managers to influence build priorities for Facebook Gaming products.

At JPMorgan, I advised asset and wealth management bankers on reputation risk issue escalation, which entails the potential for publicity or client behavior to have a negative impact on JPMorgan’s brand. During my time at JPM, I identified an opportunity to upgrade the reputation risk record keeping process and developed a robotics initiative with my technology partners that saved over 100 hours of manual effort per year. I also enjoyed leading a community engagement committee: in planning volunteer and social events for our team of over 300 employees, I was able to use my project management skills to build community within our line of business while supporting various philanthropies, including the NYC parks department, the Book Fairies, and City Harvest.

I had the unique privilege to work in both the litigation and corporate practices during my time at Wachtell Lipton. I began my career managing multi-billion dollar corporate finance transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions. I was intimately involved in the lifecycle of a deal, including compiling background research on prospective clients and filing required reports with the SEC. I was selected to transition to a litigation paralegal role to assist a team of attorneys with an international arbitration, which concluded in a month-long assignment in Mexico City.
