Project Principal, Creative Leader and a forward-thinking design strategist, with a real love of the creative process. My role enables me to inject ideas, innovation and creative direction at critical project stages to inspire both clients and colleagues and help progress complex projects simply and smoothly.I work closely with multi-disciplinary teams within EDGE on a wide range of projects across workplace, retail and leisure & hospitality. A great listener and communicator, I am passionate about design effectiveness and always seek to find both the best creative and best business solution for every project we undertake. With a wide frame of cultural and design references, and help from everyone in the studio, I aim to bring sharp and informed solutions to bear on our client’s projects.To ensure the businesses’ ethos and approach is felt across every EDGE project and experience, I am responsible for shaping and nurturing our studio culture. I’m a strong believer in empowering people and that by working together as a creative collective, ensures we not only maximise on collaboration and cross fertilisation of ideas, but also maintain a creative energy within the studio, which results in happy clients, and keeps smiles on people’s faces.
