Campaign ManagerMichelle Rylands For State Senate Aug 2017 - Nov 2017 Brought on board in August after the primary to lead the campaign through the general election. Hired and managed the responsibilities of two full time Field Organizers in addition to one full-time super volunteer. Created daily voter contact goals as well as larger, long term goals to be met within month and three month time-frames. Implemented aggressive field plan which led to 78,152 voter contacts from August to November, an 1174% increase from the primary. Personally knocked 2,689 doors and led weekend days of action which averaged 25 volunteers per day. Raised $115,733.30 from August to November, a 234% increase from the primary. Out-raised incumbent opponent by $22,000. Actively recruited and organized Legislative Districts’s and groups across the state to direct resources and volunteers to the district. Also coordinated with national groups such as Democracy for America and Emily’s List to direct resources to the campaign.

Campaign ManagerBob Hasegawa For Seattle Mayor May 2017 - Aug 2017 Created our campaign technical infrastructure from scratch in Google Suite which allowed us to keep all of our files in a central repository that Senior Staff could access and update in real time. Created a volunteer recruitment plan that led to the recruitment of over 400 volunteers spread out across Seattle. Created a field plan that allowed us to hit over 25,000 doors during the month of July, and over 40,000 doors across the whole campaign. Despite Senator Hasegawa being legally barred from raising funds while the legislature was in session, and only having a week and a half to raise funds, we still finished in the top five in a field of twenty-one candidates while spending only $1.08 per vote, the lowest amount of any candidate. Secured the most Democratic Legislative District and Union endorsements of any of the twenty-one candidates, including the sole endorsement of the King County Democrats despite two opponents being recommended by the Executive Board.
