Sourcing Specialist
Current- Implement the sourcing strategy and source qualified candidates in a designated functional area- Responsible for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion in the recruitment process- Proactively sourcing passive and active talents through social channels, job boards, ATS, and other creative avenues to create pre-qualified talent pools in line with the organization’s workforce plans- Present screened, qualified candidates to recruiters in consideration for critical hiring needs- Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database - Maintain contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities- Conduct background checks on candidates.
