Responsible and binding / proactive (entrepreneurial) monitoring and improving contract and quality agreements and deliverables both externally (with the client AHOLD - Delhaize) and internally (in interaction with MT and Stamhuis management).Seeing opportunities and taking the lead in subjects such as: sustainability, financial policy, quality, influencing the strategic policy and translating this into tactical and operational policy within the organisation at various levels. The main result was a completely new price book / contract including DA (Delivery Agreement), SLA (Service Level Agreement) contract and matching internal/ external manual for both SRS and Ahold, worked out in an ABC (Activity Based Costing model) manner, negotiated, set standards and then implemented. Long-term applicable to both the Albert Heijn, AH To Go and Gall & Gall formulas in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Operational (ultimate) responsibility for the project management department with +/-15 FTE directly and several FTE indirectly (assembly/production/transport and support). Together, they are responsible for 1200+ projects per year, in which - in addition to daily management - process optimisation internally and externally, quality management, budget monitoring and cost reduction were some of the major KPIs and focus areas. The largest client was AHOLD, where we had all Albert Heijn, AH To Go and Gall & Gall locations/shops in both NL and Belgium in our portfolio, The complete management, refurbishment and maintenance of all these locations regarding shop inventory was the main focus in this. Quote AHOLD: An Albert Heijn or Gall & Gall shop is regularly remodelled to keep meeting customer requirements. From Ahold, there is a need to have the shop closed for as short a time as possible during a shop conversion. Therefore, the processes should be as optimal as possible.SRS:We realise shop conversions to new formulas, services, adjustments and renewals. From the largest XLs to the smallest projects and shops. We work together with various parties so that we completely unburden the shop. The entire shop is prepared to the maximum in plug and play so that we only have to "place" it on location. Maximum preparation, sustainable and process-oriented thinking and high quality requirements are therefore essential. For example, we can dismantle a shop (emptying it for sustainable reuse) in 3 hours and completely rebuild it in 1 day, after which the shop can reopen. I am proud to say that every AHOLD shop (over 1,600 locations) in the Netherlands and Belgium was managed by one of my project managers

Taak/ opdracht: Zowel het financiële als operationele proces aansturen en begeleiden. Activiteiten: Eindverantwoordelijkheid zijn voor projecten waar (deel)verbouwingen bij Albert Heijn plaatsvonden. Dit betekende vooraf zorgdragen voor een duidelijke opdrachtdefinitie, complete financiële bewaking, locatie bezoek, (bouw)vergaderingen leiden, contact onderhouden met alle partijen zoals opdrachtgever, winkel, bouwpartners en (indien nodig) gemeente. Resultaten:Meerdere winkels omgebouwd in goede samenwerking met bouwpartners en interne partijen. Winkels goed opgeleverd in een hoge flow.

Aansturing van de afdelingen en winkelpersoneel, voeren van functioneringsgesprekken, budgetten opstellen en bewaken, kwaliteitsnormen bewaken, klantcontacten beheren en commerciële activiteiten organiseren.
