I practice in the areas of medical, administrative, and business transactions. My representation focuses on defending health care professionals from licensing board disciplinary actions, medical staff privilege matters, health care employment issues/contracts, and medical business transactions. I also litigate on behalf of patients with vaccine injury claims.I am a member of the California Academy of Attorneys for Health Care Professionals (CAAHCP) and the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association. I currently serve on the Medical Legal Liaison Committee for the San Mateo County Bar Association.I am admitted to practice in the United States Court of Federal Claims and United States District Court, Northern District of California.I was graduated from Santa Clara University’s (SCU) rigorous JD/MBA joint degree graduate program where I completed the specialized High Tech Law Certificate program with an emphasis in Corporate Transactions and also earned an MBA in Finance. I was the recipient of several merit-based awards, including three Witkin Awards for the highest grade in the class in Advanced Corporations Law, Administrative Law, and Entertainment & New Media Law. I also received the Santa Clara University, Emery Scholarship, which is awarded on the basis of academic achievement and professional promise.
