Michael Fishkin is a seasoned recruiting professional with over 20 years experience. He started his recruiting career as a full life cycle agency recruiter working for one of the oldest/prominent agencies in New York City. His specialty was mid and senior level Accounting/Financial executives, with a commercial industry focus, including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Advertising, and Entertainment. After 11 years Michael was recruited to build and run a New York recruitment office for a Long Island based search firm. He oversaw the day-to day operations of the office as well as developing and managing the Accounting/Financial Recruitment division. Michael provided leadership, coaching, training and organization effectiveness to the recruitment team, while maintaining an active and successful recruitment desk. In 2005 Michael joined Deloitte as Manager, Strategic Sourcing. His responsibility was to develop a Sourcing Department that supported the Firm’s Financial Advisory Service business.
