Key Responsibilities:• Contribute to the preparation of an annual audit schedule, on the basis of risks faced by the organisation• Plan, prepare and conduct audits relating to asset management, reporting on compliance, current processes, documentation and systems to internal and external requirements• Prepare high quality audit reports with detailed, practical recommendations, to increase the level of compliance, improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the system and reduce risk• Populate appropriate tools and databases with non-conformances identified and actions required to help ensure closeout of findings.Key Achievements:• Successfully completed all assigned audits within target timeframes and identified key findings reducing risk to the business• Key stakeholder improved the effectiveness and the efficiency of the whole of audit lifecycle process through change management, meeting business demands• Produced and continually improved high-quality reports meeting adapting to business needs • Established and maintained high levels of communications with all stakeholders throughout the audit process.

* Coordinating the response of actions from safety investigations, audits, inspections, and management meetings across Sydney Trains business divisions* Maintaining contact with various stakeholders for updates and providing regular reports * Ensuring updates/completed actions are recorded in the actions database and suitable evidence retained in relevant formats consistent with Sydney Trains requirements * Ensuring sound customer service when interacting with people from both inside and outside Sydney Trains to enable enquiries and requests to be handled in a timely and efficient manner * Liaising with all business divisions of Sydney Trains to exchange information.
