I am a specialist in Due Diligence, Fund Monitoring and Project Monitoring, and I have provided these services in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East on projects up to US$1bn in value. I head up these services from Faithful+Gould's London office. I am also a former Real Estate Banker (ACIB qualified) and Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), having spent 13 years with HSBC and in excess of three decades in contracting and PQS environments combined. Over the years I have undertaken monitoring for banks, joint ventures, developers, and landowners in the residential, office, leisure, hotel and retail sectors, including a football stadium (Brighton and Hove Albion). I also have experience of Due Diligence relating to mergers and acquisitions both in the UK and in Europe.As a Banker I was located in an Area Office perfecting securities for advances, preparing Credit Papers for Credit Committees and I undertook debt restructuring for development and investment.
