• Participate in the development of all test plans and test scripts for all new releases and updates to existing software releases• Work closely with Development and Project Managers to help define, specify, implement, and validate a project from start to finish• Develop and maintain expertise of all applicable Federal and State regulations regarding healthcare data, such as HIPAA guidelines and CFR 21 Part 11• Assist in technical support as needed to help resolve complicated issues

• Act as client contact to facilitate successful definition of technical project requirements and resolution of EDC project issues• Create standard and custom Electronic Data Capture (EDC) project requirements and specifications• Provide end-to-end management for EDC projects by coordinating with Project Management, Data Management, Software Development and Software Quality Assurance

• Create standard and custom Electronic Data Capture (EDC) project requirements and specifications• Maintain a rapport with Development and Quality teams to promote good documentation and communication practices• Work with management to identify and prioritize documentation needs

· Provide assistance and support to Classroom's users.· Resolve software and hardware problems.· Answer user questions regarding software applications.

· Prepare and grill food under high stress situations.· Maintain a clean, healthy kitchen area.· Guarantee customer satisfaction.

· Design activities aimed toward elementary school students (K-5).· Resolve conflicts between students fairly.· Ensure safety and acceptance in school environment.
