Retired - Former Manager of Business Engagement in the Department of Workforce and Professional Education at Ocean County College, Toms River, New Jersey provided Professional Development Training in Management, Databases/Computer and Languages (ESL, Spanish) for employers and employees. I am active in chambers of commerce and business organizations and on the Boards of the Ocean County Tourism and Economic Development Council, the Military Support Alliance of NJ supporting Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and NJ Military Installations and the Board of Trustees Chair of Ocean Academy Charter high School in Lake Como NJ.I was appointed a member of the first JBMDL Honorary Commander Emeritus Program made up of a select group of community leaders following three terms as a JBMDL Honorary Commander serving in the Air Force AR76 Air Refueling Squadron, 621st Contingency Response Wing, and the Navy VR-64 Condors.As on an onsite Lecturer and eLearning Distance Learning Master Course Developer teaching credentials include Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Introduction to Business Administration, Small Business Management, Introduction to Communications, Hospitality Sales & Marketing, Graduate Global Marketing to Hotel Executives, Introduction to the Cruise Ship Industry and Organizational Consumer Behavior. Higher education assignments included Fairleigh Dickinson University, Monmouth University, NJ City University and Ocean County College. I had the privilege of teaching the first course in Casino Management in the NJ with the opening on Atlantic City and implementing the Captain's Circle the first casino loyalty program in the world at Harrah's hotel Casino in Atlantic City.
