I’ve worked in large-scale organisations, start-ups and businesses in transformation. I’ve also had the real privilege of industry leadership roles.I’ve run large teams, big budgets and complex services. I’ve led turnarounds, and I’ve built award-winning teams and helped them get even better. And, together with those teams, I’ve overhauled business and people strategy, operating models and ways of working through a relentless focus on customer, culture, capability and connectedness.
