Led the IT + Philanthropic technology teams for Salesforce.org, a 1,200 person social enterprise. Salesforce.org was an independent company before being acquired in 2019. Ran a 40 person org of product managers, engineers, admins, and business analysts. Owned systems for finance, sales, customer support, marketing, and community outreach. Managed Workday ERP and connections to Salesforce’s Oracle systems. Implemented GDPR for Salesforce.org.Owned all the technology for Salesforce.com's employee giving and volunteering efforts.Worked directly with the CEO, CFO and other execs to implement a portfolio planning process that managed investment in IT projects. Implemented a new quote to order system using all Salesforce products and technology, including integrating Salesforce.org systems with Salesforce.com's systems. I was a key member of the team that integrated Salesforce.org into Salesforce.com post acquisition.
