Michael started his career on the agency side at Robert Half, specializing in full-cycle recruiting for Finance and Accounting. He was recognized as a Presidents Club Achiever four times throughout his tenure before transitioning to a Senior Sales Recruiter role at Gartner in 2013. Michael joined Yext in 2018 and worked his way up from a Principal Talent Sourcer to his current role as the Senior Director of Recruiting, overseeing a team responsible for Customer Success, Engineering, G&A, and Services & Support hiring. Michael has placed dozens of individuals across various business units and was instrumental in launching Yext’s International Operations Centre in Hyderabad, India, in 2021.
