The initiative included strategic hiring, reallocation or establishment of offices, and enhancements to our global distribution network.I spearheaded the formation of a team of application engineers, offering highly profitable services such as consulting, system rentals, customer services, and training. The business unit experienced remarkable growth in terms of revenue and profit during this period, and more notably, we achieved this with an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction.

LMS is a prominent company specializing in NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) and durability testing, along with simulation solutions. In my role, I managed turnover and profit outcomes for the regions of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, overseeing all products under Leuven Measurement Systems and reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales.I introduced a fresh sales and marketing strategy tailored to the assigned countries, with a specific emphasis on key account management within the automotive sector. This strategic shift resulted in a notable increase in both orders and sales, showcasing the effectiveness of our new approach.

In charge of leading a team of Key Account Managers, I was responsible for formulating and implementing account sales strategies and interactions. Our strategic accounts encompassed major players in the automotive industry, including Daimler Benz, Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, Porsche, and Opel.
