Working as a Business Analyst in an agile environment, I gather requirements from the business and translate ideas into functional specifications for development.

During the development life cycle I manage different project streams, supporting the development team and liaising with the front office. I've led small scale CSI streams to improve and add specific functionality to the sales systems as well as bigger 6-12 month development projects changing large areas of the CRM.

I successfully run agile sprint planning games, scrums and sprint reviews across multiple project streams using JIRA.

I have also held training workshops with front office sales consultants in multiple locations such as New York, Munich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and London, training new features within the sales CRM.
