- Provide technical support to customers- Liaise between Customers and CROWN Departments including Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate Technology- Coordinate and conduct field testing at Customer locations- Visit customer locations to inspect and troubleshoot processes

Responsible for assembling two reference libraries of FTIR-ATR spectra-A library of materials used in the conservation of museum objects with particular emphasis on natural and man-made polymers, and inorganic and organic pigments and fillers-A library of materials used in the construction and repair of ethnographic museum objects, with particular emphasis on natural polymers, on organic and inorganic pigments, and on the degradation products of these materialsThe library spectra will be submitted to the Infrared and Raman Users Group (http://www.irug.org/)
