I’m proud to lead Teradek’s Live Production business, a global leader in mission-critical IP video and wireless transmission solutions for broadcast news, sports, and public safety. Reporting to the divisional CEO, I oversee the segment’s P&L and operations, in addition to managing a world-class team spanning product, marketing, sales, and support.

I had the privilege of leading a global team of talented marketing and creative professionals for Videndum’s $100M Creative Solutions division. Together, we:Standardized tools and platforms across the division (Salesforce, Sprout Social, Shopify).Fostered a data-driven culture, continuously optimizing conversion rates and reducing CAC.Championed the adoption of OKRs company-wide, driving alignment and focus throughout the organization.Pitched and won both an Emmy Award and Technical Oscar (SciTech Award) for our popular wireless products.

I was brought on to establish the marketing team for the newly formed Creative Solutions division under Videndum plc (formerly The Vitec Group).Built a global team of 24 marketing, creative, and PR professionals.Developed an in-house agency model, enabling the division to create high-quality, impactful content efficiently and cost-effectively, eliminating reliance on expensive external agencies.Integrated marketing teams from multiple acquisitions, aligning strategies and fostering cross-promotional opportunities to unlock value across the division’s diverse brand portfolio.

As Teradek’s first marketing hire, I built the marketing team and strategy from the ground up, playing a pivotal role in the company’s explosive growth and eventual acquisition.My team developed and implemented Teradek’s first e-commerce strategy, which grew to generate nearly 20% of total revenue by 2016.Conceived and produced the Teradek NAB and IBC Live Shows, a 4-day live-streamed event from the trade show floor, consistently attracting 100,000+ viewers and significantly boosting brand visibility.Played a key role in transitioning Teradek from a startup into an industry benchmark through impactful brand storytelling and relentless execution.
