After former company StatRad LLC. rebranded itself to NucleusHealth LLC., I took on new responsibilities such as project management regarding changes to company infrastructure by use of change management documentation and best practices as well as overseeing fellow staff member’s work, by delegating and assigning tickets to individual team members, triaging issues based on high priority / high risk, and generally ensuring proper ticket flow throughout each shift.

Leading the industry standard in cutting-edge Teleradiology practices and technologies, I assisted company Radiologists, external clients, medical doctors (MDs), and Radiologic technologists from over 250 hospitals nation-wide, delivering 24/7/365 on-call support as the business offered medical cloud-based solutions which were expected to be operational around the clock, with an utmost priority to provide superior patient care at all times. Assisted with new client implementations, ongoing internal and external client server management and uptime, as well as restructuring of ticket workflow, IT metrics, reporting and analytics, and workplace asset management or hardware inventory.

Supervised five additional PC technicians, set department goals and maintained an overall quality of service.
