We provide legal services to Consumers and Companies who wish to handle their own legal affairs without paying traditional legal fees. As part of our service, we file all necessary documents in Superior as well as Justice Court. Was responsible for leading change to transform an emerging company to gain visibility with each executive department and agencies and or bureaus within the United States Federal Government.Top line revenue growth grew dramatically due to new contract awards, extensions and expanding existing services. In addition, each agency was provided with a “quiet by design” service experience through capturing key data analytics which not only measured past performance but enables the anticipation of future performance.

Was responsible to provide strategic direction, for 42 offices of the North American Sales Team which consisted of of National Account Managers and Sales professionals. Established goals and individual performance results of the team were reviewed on a regular basis during national calls. The sales team consisted of individual from the following service lines: Commercial, Residential, GSA, Military and National Account Sales.In addition, commission structures were totally modified as well as various initiatives to formalize regular engagements with National Accounts which in return aligned performance results and client engagements with established goals and objectives.
