Operations Manager for Telecommunications program. Responsible for Postpaid, Lifeline, Telesales, WEB Orders, Business Concierge, and Order Processing lines of business. Roles include assisting program- and site-wide projects comprising the following: managing 10 Team Leaders across multiple lines of business, approving weekly invoices and staff plans, creating and delivering client reports and communications, creating and dispersing program-wide communications for the client involving recent changes to our policies and procedures, assisting with the on-boarding process for new managers, participating in daily and weekly conference calls with the client, and consistently leading various meetings for the program including daily listening sessions, weekly huddles, and other ad hoc meetings.

Worked on innovative business plans and projects individually and within committees to advance the association’s and members’ interests.
