My role was to facilitate the operations of our church (3500+ attendees). This includes managing and leading employees and volunteers, being responsible for a 22 acre campus (including construction on existing buildings and new ones), working with outside vendors for resources needed and leading our HR department.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Our primary goal was to sell home loan options to those looking to refinance. I was top salesman in the organization 4 months in a row, meeting and exceeding monthly quotas on a consistent basis, resulting in awards and promotion. We provided customer service to those looking to refinance their homes as well as working directly with the lending agencies. In addition, I was responsible for recruiting and training all new loan officers, including setting monthly goals with incentive for them and helping them reach their potential.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Our purpose was to work with collection agencies to encourage refinancing of loans for debt reduction. I worked with the owner to help build the business from the ground up, being responsible for training new loan officers. We worked with over 200 lending institutions in marketing and selling loans.
