As a former National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) enforcement representative, paralegal and licensed private investigator, conducted numerous in-house investigations, interviews, background and reference checks, and resolved compliance matters for universities, colleges, conferences and law firms. As an Air Force Major, was a consultant to the Secretary for Air Force Administration. While serving as a Reserve Intelligence Officer for the Air Force Intelligence Agency, was recognized for excellence in recruiting and being extremely effective in recruiting intelligence officers within critical deadlines. Selected and served as the only non-lawyer member of the board which developed, wrote and implemented the questions for the state of Florida athlete-agent licensure examination.
