Selected Accomplishments:• Led team which consisted of PLC Engineers, Cell Operators, System Operator, and Maintenance crew on the QA Tests being performed and guided team on tasks to complete, triage issues, steps to take throughout the shift. Go-to person for answers/direction. • Often had to scour through logs using Linux and/or databases using SQL queries to verify if the correct messaging was being sent to the customer's inventory system or expected outcome being produced after a QA test was performed. To quicken the process I customized some SQL queries and Batch files which produced desired results for reports to management and customer.

Operated the automated Inbound, Outbound and Lift systems interfacing with the Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens in our Integrated Test Center (ITC) to input and output cases in the structure. Selected Accomplishments:• Took it upon self to contact and triage issue with engineers in Montreal, Canada when the Inbound cell received a power surge which disabled the cell and was unrecoverable. After many hours of back-and-forth tests, we were able to diagnoises the issue and resolve. My manager never knew about the issue until the following day and was very happy as a customer demonstration was scheduled and the Inbound cell being up and running was vital. • To expand my role I self-taught / asked questions on how to perform tests on robots (called bots). Using Linux, I loaded software onto bots, sent command scripts to bots, and performed tests on new or repaired bots to verify functioning correctly.

Managed and mentored everyday routines in a group home of troubled teenage girls which number anywhere from 11 to 14. Selected Accomplishments:• A very different new environment for me. I was the only male in an all women co-workers / teenage girl household. In order to fit in and to gain the trust of the teenage girls, I took on the task of doing the weekly food shopping for the house. Created a reason why they needed to come to me and talk. Over time the teenage girls and I bonded and was able to earn their respect so they followed my direction. • I am single. Never had children. Dealing with troubled teenage girls was very intimidating. Some thought I was crazy. But I was able to learn and succeed how to discipline, encourage, cajole, teach, talk to the girls about a variety of life subjects, enforce peer interaction boundaries, reassure when depressed or highly emotional, and reconcile arguments between peers.

Junior Software Developer who composed new, fixed and/or enhanced existing web applications using Java, JSP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Eclipse development tool in an SAP Netweaver Portal and Tomcat environments which provided information to all Raytheon employees.Selected Accomplishments:• Very little training in this job. Self-taught or took it upon self to take classes to learn all the software languages and SAP Netweaver Portal environment. • Inspected bugs reported in software applications, formulated a plan, wrote new software code to resolve the issue and tested resolution. • Conducted collaboration meeting with customers to interpret their requests, design, write software code and gather feedback from the finished product.• Analyzed and review software code with fellow developers. Implemented changes based on recommendations.
