Selected Accomplishments:• Took it upon self to contact and triage issue with engineers in Montreal, Canada when the Inbound cell received a power surge which disabled the cell and was unrecoverable. After many hours of back-and-forth tests, we were able to diagnoises the issue and resolve. My manager never knew about the issue until the following day and was very happy as a customer demonstration was scheduled and the Inbound cell being up and running was vital. • To expand my role I self-taught / asked questions on how to perform tests on robots (called bots). Using Linux, I loaded software onto bots, sent command scripts to bots, and performed tests on new or repaired bots to verify functioning correctly.

Managed and mentored everyday routines in a group home of troubled teenage girls which number anywhere from 11 to 14. Selected Accomplishments:• A very different new environment for me. I was the only male in an all women co-workers / teenage girl household. In order to fit in and to gain the trust of the teenage girls, I took on the task of doing the weekly food shopping for the house. Created a reason why they needed to come to me and talk. Over time the teenage girls and I bonded and was able to earn their respect so they followed my direction. • I am single. Never had children. Dealing with troubled teenage girls was very intimidating. Some thought I was crazy. But I was able to learn and succeed how to discipline, encourage, cajole, teach, talk to the girls about a variety of life subjects, enforce peer interaction boundaries, reassure when depressed or highly emotional, and reconcile arguments between peers.
