A development entity for a 530-acre master planned community being developed in Minot, ND▪ Provided senior level leadership for the entitlement process; funding and construction of horizontal infrastructure; sales of commercial land; and funding, construction management, and sales of single family homes. ▪ Worked directly with the City of Minot to secure community development block grant funding for the infrastructure.Key Accomplishments▪ Managed the annexation, zoning, and platting for all 530 acres of land, and oversaw the completion of $36 Million of publicly funded infrastructure and $9 Million of privately funded infrastructure.▪ Assisted with the development of an $18 Million school, a $2 Million fire station, and $2 Million gymnastic center. Built and sold 40 homes valued at $8 Million and coordinated the sale of an 80 acre, 175-pad mobile home park.
