Primarily responsible for ensuring profitability on key client accounts as well as out-of-scope projects. This included implementing systems to support this, creating & preparing monthly profitability board packs, input into the employee charge-out rate review and working with client service teams to ensure jobs were opened in the system correctly.Other responsibilities included:- Monthly financial reporting to the parent company in the London and Madrid offices through Hyperion and various Excel based templates - Co-ordinating the flow of information to both our internal and external auditors during our annual audits, ensuring that all required information was delivered timeously. - Assisting with the annual budget submission process through Longview, taking over the responsibility in my final year.- Coding operating expense invoices, billing them out to their cost centres and signing-off trade creditor payments.
