I enjoy encouraging others to grow their careers and look forward to the future. As Principal, I coordinate employees to complete tasks and projects requested by clients. I complete reviews of projects in various phases to ensure projects are meeting client’s needs and requirements. I strive to provide great service to our clients to provide them with the service and products they want. I enjoy listening to client’s difficulties and helping explore options with them to develop the result they are looking for.

I started my career at TST. In the beginning it was learning how all the different aspects of engineering related to water and wastewater. There was learning how the design phase works including drawing development, preparing construction contracts, and construction phase observation. The opportunity to access all aspects of engineering at a small company really excited me. As I developed more in my career, I was provided the opportunity to lead projects in the following fields: • water distribution and sewer collection systems • water storage tanks• lift stations and forcemains• pump stations, and • water treatment Not only was I responsible for the design phase, I had input on software selection for the design. Following the design phase, I was typically involved with construction phase to see the design put into place. This included construction phase observation to project management.
