Breakthrough Change Studio was created to execute on the CEO's vision for Pfizer. My role is to drive the 5 core strategic pillars of the blueprint, and help leaders achieve and measure tangible goals. In particular I focused on R&D related initiatives and digital initiatives designed to help us improve how we develop medicines.In addition, I led a cross functional team to design and launch a Digital Portal for the Biopharmacutical group to drive innovation.
