In my current role, I work closely with the business users, DBA's and the IT development team to to support and administer the Oracle R12 E-Business Suite Financials and Supply Chain Management modules. I manage and work together with my team to provide critical services to many departments throughout the company. My team and I are considered a first point of contact for any application support needs, ideas for improvement, and system issues.I perform many managerial duties including budgeting, project planning, mentoring staff, and managing an extensive workload. At the same time, I am also very hands-on navigating the Oracle EBS application, performing setups, testing, pulling data extracts, and working together with my staff to mentor them and help them through resolving issues. During this time, I've been involved with consolidation of financial and inventory management systems from various acquisitions, working through major system upgrades, security patches, and enhancing the user experience by implementing more self-service reporting and user friendly methods to manage large data sets.Other job duties include building out strategies for new system modules, planning for and managing projects throughout the year, seeking out qualified vendors to assist, building test plans and process workflows, regression testing, working closely with audit and SOX compliance to provide documentation and to validate business processes, participation in all parts of the software development life cycle and performing research in order to resolve system issues and to stand up new products.

Maintained Windows Small Business Server domain controller for a small office. Visited various off-site locations to repair network and workstation issues inlcuding setting up domain controllers, print servers, file servers, routers, switches, running cable, wireless access points, etc. Resolved various workstation issues by replacing faulty hardware components and configuring operating systems and applications. Repaired customer PC's that were brought in to the office location.
