NetworkCPR.com, Inc. is a Technology management company specializing making sense out of chaos. I work directly with clients to develop efficient office environments, upgrade existing technology systems and provide training and support for the staff on all applications. With a Client base of over 40 businesses in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and New Hampshire area, We provide telephone support and remote administration to roughly 250 users. Our clientele range from, industrial, Medical, Legal, Not-for-Profit, Manufacturing, Dental and the Telecom Industry. In addition to technology management, we plan, develop and create branding and corporate identity packages.

I was responsible for planning the technology infrastructure when Waters Design merged its two offices into one 17,000 square foot raw space. I researched and purchased all officesystems, and developed a detailed IT Budget. I directed a staff of six Network Administrators in the installation, implementation and maintenance of 75 workstations and 15 servers. I established the global technical environment for project and office management, and instituted “Gurus” and “Quick Tips” leadership/training programs.

Manage all new associate in orientation, training and support, as well as standardizing office procedures.Design firm’s “technical point of reference” as the company converted from traditional mechanicals to digital processes. I structured the archiving and retrieval system for all projects. I managed projects “from concept to completion” for Fortune 100 clientele. I provided technical training and support, as well as troubleshooting all phases of design and production, in and out of the computer.
