As a mentor in OpenClassRoom, my role is to :- Follow the students on Agile courses of Product Owner/Product Manager/Scrum Master- Help them on the different projects, guiding them and unblocking them if necessary, answering the questions that they may have on the courses, and help them to prepare their defense- Set them short and medium term objectives on the course

- Coaching of a Platform ART (managing the SAP Platform of the company) of about 100 people, divided in 6 teams + a leasing coalition (CPO, RTE, SA). My main assignment was to bring the ART in more maturity, by teaching them the Agile/Lean WoW (based on the SAFe framework)- Part of the Leadership track of the Agile coach competence, I helped to build workshops for the leaders of the company, amongst other the relentless improvement workshop- I gave many SAFe training within the company (SAFe for Teams, SAFe for PO/PM, SAFe for RTE)

As an Agile Coach at CGI Pragma, my role was to help programs and teams put in place processes and frameworks to achieve the vision of the organizationMy main responsibilities were :- Launching of a SAFe trainAgile and coaching of Scrum Master, PO, PM and RTE in the SAFe framework- 7 SAFe trainings given (Leading SAFE, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, SAFe Architect) - Form and support Scrum and Kanban teams inspired by the SAFe framework- Organization and facilitation of 2 PI Plannings as a RTE and other sync meetings, like Scrum of Scrum, PO Sync- Actively advice and help management about the organization and optimisation of the programs and teams using tools like Value Stream Mapping- Help with DevOps implementation (automation, continuous integration and deployment)- Launch of the Scrum master/coach Practice Community
