I was personally responsible for business development and new client acquisition as well as overseeing the operations and growth of the company. TrueNorth later merged with Globalbased Technologies in 2009, and my role was President.

I was personally responsible for developing the business model for CNBC University and BusinessWeek Investor Education Personal Coaching Systems.

Public programs included Zig Ziglar, Nightingale Conant, Denis Waitley, HealthRider, Tom Hopkins, and Tony Robbins. The company was purchased in 1996 by FranklinQuest now known as FranklinCovey.As the Senior Vice President I was responsible for client acquisition, business development, sales, and marketing.
