As a Maintenance Supervisor:Provided technical guidance and oversight for 4 team leaders and 17 junior technicians. Developed and implemented guidelines for requisitioning and maintaining adequate stock inventories reducing aircraft downtime by 40 percent over a 15 month period. Performed maintenance trend analysis and applied production control, quality control, and other maintenance management principles and procedures to shop operations. Troubleshot equipment wiring harnesses using technical manuals and schematic drawings to diagnose and isolate faults and effect repairs.
