- Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities;- Adjusts sophisticated bodily injury claims with significant demonstrable injuries (e.g., traumatic brain injury, disfigurement, fatality) and UIM claims, as well as all auto physical damage associated with those claims. Identifies, confirms, and makes coverage decisions on sophisticated claims;- Investigates loss details, settles legal liability, evaluates, negotiates, and arrives at claim settlement within appropriate authority guidelines.

- Investigating and handling coverage, liability, and damages; handling property damage claims for members and claimants; handling and settling bodily injury claims to 3rd party claimants with soft tissue injuries;- Recognizing UIM/UM exposure and assigning accordingly;- Handle complex liability and coverage claims;- Provide coaching and mentoring new adjusters to ensure that excellent service is provided to our membership.

- Supervised a team of 14 licensed claims adjusters in our Loss Report and Direct Handling Center;- Performed over 100 file audits and 25 call audits each month for compliance and coaching.
