Liquid cooling systems- Mechanical testing: Vibration, Shock, Thermal, Ingress Protection, Thermal Runaway - Electrical Testing: Charge/discharge capacity, DCIR/ESR, external short circuit- Rapid prototyping & hands on bring up- Fiber laser welding: Weld profile development, G-Code automated programming, sample cross sectioning and metallurgy analysis - 3d printing management: MJF 580 & 5200, SLS, SLA, FDMNotable projects:- High voltage battery module and string for eVTOL aviation application. Design, test and build. Lead production team of 15- Full EV powertrain swap on proof of concept airport ground support vehicle. Ownership of Power Distribution Unit (PDU). Design, test and build- Ground up R&D electric motor dynamometer- Ground up development of mechanical shock tester- 3 Axis dispensing robot manufacturing process for thermal interface materials- Fiber laser weld profiles for cell to cell bussing- Laser welded hermitic sealed liquid cold plates

Developed a proof of concept omni-directional robotic base to mobilize a teleoperated robot. Led design of the load bearing drivetrain assembly and main chassis. In house manufacturing and fabrication. Directed finances with the sponsor company. Successful project outcome.

Built a level 3 high powered rocket (HPR) to compete in the Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition. A twelve foot rocket to 10,000 ft apogee with dual parachute deployment. Parallel path built a personal, smaller HPR. Successful launch to ~3000 ft apogee and Level 1 HPR certification achieved.

Built telepresence robots to advance and assist in workplace communication. Versatile role in startup company environment, honing small team collaboration skills.
