Description of daily activities: - Support the expansion of the business and commercial relationship between Shipping Lines, Airlines and key Freight Forwarders, achieving the import and export targets determined; - Analyze, quote and follow-up all the business opportunities and the selected accounts. - Participate in ad-hoc customer meetings; - Contract management and quotations through system; - Follow-up on performance of customers as forecasted; - Trade lane volume development and coordination per client;- Read and respond e-mails within 24 hrs; - Relationship with customers / knowledge of different trade and lanes / extensive communication flow towards the whole organization.
