Responsibilities: - Lead group of computational biologists in solid tumor disease areas to analyze and interpret complex clinical and biological data to generate insights and achieve translational objectives. - Proactively identify and create computational solutions to challenges in translational research to accelerate drug development. - Create and lead cross-functional teams including clinical data management, clinical biostatistics and programming, non-clinical biostatistics, discovery sciences, data sciences, external vendors and collaborators to efficiently deliver biomarker data analysis and interpretation. - Apply expertise and experience to shape translational strategy. - Develop and maintain knowledge of biological mechanisms of disease and drug related mechanisms of action, resistance and response as well as computational tools, resources and data analysis methods in the computational biology field.- Communicate findings, interpretations, and impact of work to senior leaders across functional areas and external scientific community. - Develop and draft translational analysis plans for clinical studies and collaborative research project. - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external leaders in the scientific community.
