Annually, ACTS Housing assists more than 120 families to purchase and/or rehab homes in the City of Milwaukee. In 2016, ACTS helped more than 160 families transition from renters to owners.To accomplish this work ACTS Housing provides three main services: (I) HUD approved one-on-one personal finance, credit, and homebuyer education, (ii) representation of low-income families in their purchase of inner-city property for owner-occupancy, including facilitating purchase money loans and grants, and (iii) home rehab counseling, including scope of work creation and guidance around bid solicitation, contractor management, and sweat work.We give tours in the spring, summer, and fall, to help share the work we do and allow community members to help. Served as Board President, overseeing changes to the board's constitition and mission. Past Chair of the Centennial Reunion, which attracted three-hundred guests to Bloomington for faculty lectures, live and silent auctions, and a gala dinner.

I practiced as a finance attorney at this Wisconsin law firm, with a focus on representations of debtor's in large corporate bankruptcies.

Led three-hundred-member student organization with an operating budget in excess of $1 million.
