Provided consulting services to the energy industry with a specific emphasis on bringing renewable energy technologies to market. My most recent client engagement involved advising the founder of a local energy company on the development of a power purchase agreement for the New Zealand market.Areas of focus included 1) project development and finance; 2) new ventures and market entry strategy; 3) product management; 4) deal structuring and due diligence; and 5) regulatory analysis

- Evaluated emerging market opportunities and threats to the company on behalf of executive management, with a particular focus on distributed energy technologies and nascent business models- Co-led a cross-functional project regarding optimal regulatory models for Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) given technology trends- Managed corporate relationship with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) with an emphasis on technology transfer and emerging business models

- Oversaw a $500 million loan fund targeting solar energy projects within PSE&G electric territory, exceeding goals for both growth and profitability- Responsible for investment planning, product marketing, counterparty underwriting, business development, staffing and budgeting- Designed and implemented a comprehensive marketing plan for the launch of a $193 million investment program, employing social media and a targeted digital campaign

- Responsible for solar project development and deal structuring in North America focusing on commercial-scale transactions- Led the development of projects with Johnson & Johnson, Hess Corporation, Harvard University and Dow Jones & Company- Originated and built the largest solar project at a single corporate site in the United States (2010)

- Responsible for the profitability and growth of 20 product lines generating $45M in annual revenues- Managed and mentored 15 employees across a 22-state territory- Realigned sales channels and exited unprofitable business lines, yielding 12% growth within a mature industry
