Michael Kern is an Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, former Osteopath and a Naturopath. Kern has been a pioneering teacher of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy both in the UK and internationally having taught the subject around the world, as well as founding the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in 1989. Michael Kern is the Co-founder and principal of the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust, which is based in London, and focuses on Practitioner Trainings and advanced seminars in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, as well as introductory seminars. Michael Kern has taught Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in Russia, USA, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Poland and Germany, and previously held the position of senior tutor at several UK institutions including the College of Osteopaths, the University of Westminster and the Centre for Professional Development in Osteopathy. Kern held his position as a Senior Lecturer at the International Cranial Association from 1989 until 2003, teaching post-graduate training courses for osteopaths. In addition to his work as a teacher, Michael Kern is also the founder and organiser of ‘Breath of Life Conferences’ for Craniosacral Therapists, Osteopaths and allied professionals, and organiser of a ‘Low-Cost Craniosacral Therapy Clinic’ in London.Kern is the Director of Dynamic Stillness Ltd and a qualified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (B.C.S.T.), associated to the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings. In 1989, Kern was awarded membership of the Cranial Osteopathic Association – now the International Cranial Association.
