- Implements marketing and media strategy including ad buys for print, radio, and television.- Works directly with leading web developers to maintain the company website; optimizing website exposure through SEO and other link building resources.- Curates numerous social networking sites to promote patron interaction.- Works directly with national ticket agent to promote events.- Directs publicity; drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and maintaining media/press packets.- Designs and publishes venue e-newsletter.- Executes regular patron surveys to gather market insight and overall customer satisfaction.- Creates copy and art for all printed and web materials including advertisements, programs, and flyers.- Collaborates directly with multimedia producers to create TV, radio, and other advertisements.- Integrates branding among various media, production, and educational departments. - Documents and archives program content including photographs, and b-roll. - Seeks and maintains corporate and community sponsorships for programs and events.- Assists in education and volunteer programming as well as community outreach, and other industry-related networks.- Plans and executed special events; opening night parties, fundraisers, and industry readings.
