This web-based application is a stimulus-based response that applicants or employees complete for results on seven work related traits, as well as perceived job behaviors• C-Filter. With online outlets (Career Builder, Monster. The Ladders) used as a primary job posting station, the volume of applicants is extremely time consuming. This web-based application allows the employer to set filters to score or weight the position advertised ranking the applicants. These criteria can be changed or updated as often as needed.• C-Hire. Hire, Interview, Recruit and Employ. This self-paced learning module covers EEOC requirements, how to ask the right questions and how to properly interview in connection with the desired C-Job pattern and the C-Index results.• C-Job. This web-based application is job related that creates a template of what the job is perceived to be. This enables an employer to accurately cast the right role.• Languages Available: Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Polish.Mr. Hall uses these resources to help you better understand your people. He will work with you to recognize their strengths and weaknesses along with what drives and motivates them.
