General Manager of Microdyne Corporation, a satellite communications company. - Responsible for all areas of operation including the manufacture and testing of wave guides, tuned cavities, spectrum display units, high frequency receivers, etc.- Responsible for the erection of a manufacturing facility, including negotiating for land and financing with the local economic development company, coordinating architectural designs, and overseeing the building contractors.

Recruited to setup a communication network in Africa for the purpose of collecting human intelligence.

Combat veteran served with MACV special operation involving ARVN Special Forces (Luc Luong Dac Biet) / South Vietnamese National Police (CSQG). Counter-insurgency program designed by Sir Robert Thompson, the world's leading expert on countering the Mao Tse-tung technique of rural guerrilla insurgency. The program was supported by the CIA. Worked in the field capturing insurgents and gathering intelligence. Awarded Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal by the U.S. Army and the Civic Action Medal by the Republic of Vietnam for contributions to counterinsurgency operations in 1970.
