The best way to summarize my skills and experience is to say that I am a passionate marketing person. I love the journey of marketing a new product from the "ground level" and watching my clients' successful growth over the course of a campaign! I am passionate about establishing relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. Those relationships can make or break your success and I believe in cultivating those partnerships so that the word of mouth about the company remains positive.While working as a top-level executive for a non-profit corporation, I increased revenue through aggressive marketing campaigns and established long-term valuable relationships with our customer base. Also while serving as the companies only human resource manager, I created new policies and procedures that helped decrease corporate-wide employee turnover by 17% annually.I've always felt that I am a "big-picture" employee. I'm making decisions today that will affect the long term health of the company. By having that mindset, it pushes me ahead of the next person when it comes to understanding managing the day-to-day demands of employees and partners and its affect on the long-term company success.Over the past few years, I have dove head first into the world of online marketing.
