Responsible for the operation of the LCPS Technology Support Center (TSC). The TSC's primary function is the school district's service desk for IT related incidents and requests. The TSC also has oversight of the IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

I performed program and project management consultation for a variety of clients. I work with clients to determine needs and develop detailed action-plan for implementation. A few selected projects include:♦ Major Federal Agency: I contributed expertise to a service desk operations proposal comprised of personnel structure, infrastructure design, operations concepts, and unique management requirements to accommodate 18K users in numerous locations and 200 unique applications. ♦ Ms. Juana’s Montessori School: I developed and integrated a plan to enhance office management, technical operations, and web development.

During this time, I led a team of 125 supporting a multi-tier T&M Service Desk support contract of $58M. I oversaw the operational management and service delivery teams, ensuring adherence to all Service Level Agreements (SLA) and overall objectives. I created business development plans, gathered customer requirements, and allocated resources and staff to meet project needs. Supervised sub-contractor and team partner relationships. I presented monthly Program Reviews for customers to review program status, schedule, costs, risks, and implemented improvements. I generated monthly spend plans with projected and actual spend, as well as all invoices and financial reports for the contract. I created reports analyzing staff utilization by individual task, labor category, and hours worked. I also developed performance metrics and quality initiatives for the service desk. My key accomplishments include:♦ I created and implemented multiple operational improvements.♦ I was chosen as Project Manager for a new line of business, executing research, analysis, and software design, as well as documenting the current environment and producing a design plan for the prospective system. ♦ I consistently performed risk mitigation to resolve budget and operational problems.♦ I developed a Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) operation for the Service Desk.♦ I increased overall staffing by 25%.♦ I built a training department from the ground-up with employees equipped to mentor peers and provide ongoing training to fill crucial skill gaps.♦ I wrote and implemented a continuous operation plan to enable service desk operation during snow events and disasters.♦ I increased the First Call Resolution (FCR) to 90%+ by integrating a plan to increase the Knowledge Management system article submissions and use.

As a Program Manager, I created and implemented program management strategies from concept through project milestone management and delivery. Collaborated with clients, resolving concerns, and providing updates to key stakeholders.

In this role, I managed all corporate government projects and sub-contractor relationships. I also executed system engineer and technical lead duties, providing guidance in system administration, information security, systems engineering, code design, software testing, system deployment, and documentation.
