Organized and led a consulting organization with five practices. Built management systems that supported team growth from five individual contributors to 65 high performing consultants across five practices building data-driven cloud applications, data platforms, analytics, and data science. Delivered superior outcomes that served clients at 200 companies.

Developed business relationships that resulted in the design and implementation of several business intelligence, integrated data, and reporting & analytics projects for STB, EPG, SMSP, SQL Server BMO and other groups at Microsoft.

Worked as leader of the product development team building an online video sharing social website for amateur sports players and their friends/family as well as several Facebook applications.

•Worked at a Bellevue, WA startup in a hybrid program management, product planning, and product marketing capacity for Essential Taceo, an email encryption/rights management product designed for the consumer and small business segment.•Coordinated and conducted focus groups of current and target customers. Compiled the findings and led the way in incorporating the results into future updates and product plans.•Wrote the product vision for ESS’ next product offering based upon market opportunities, customer input, market research, and team input.•Conducted market research of email encryption, digital rights management, and the content monitoring and filtering industries producing detailed competition reports and recommendations.•Aided in developing ESS’ first product feature roadmap, with detailed, scoped, and prioritized feature descriptions linked to research sources.•Discovered and logged over 150 valid bugs into the test bug database for quality assurance.

•Wrote a blog on news, trends, and general information in the computer security industry aimed at educating the average computer user.•Designed and created a reviewer’s guide, Flash product demonstrations, Quick Start Guide, and various other marketing & sales materials.

•Created and implemented the first search engine optimization plan at ESS, resulting in multiple #1 and first page keyword placements of targeted phrases and a doubling in web traffic.•Created several website performance metrics and setup an automated statistics program that management relied on as measurements of web strategy effectiveness.•Responsible for maintenance and improvements to the corporate and product websites.
