As a Senior Representative for Primerica I assist middle income families in creating a path to financial freedom.

- Manages a team of baseball umpires throughout the season- Deals with conflict management with multiple parties- Coordinates officials for large events in the sports tournament industry

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Participate in the daily operations of the SAMBICA Challenge Course- Schedule Challenge Course staff- Set up Challenge Course daily- Safe operation of Challenge course- Care and upkeep of Challenge Course gear- Lead campers and team members through different elements by creating a positive and safeenvironment- Daily record keeping (set up, break down, debriefing, incident reporting, equipment usage, etc,)- Sunday program check in and Friday night camp clean up responsibilities- Lead a Covenant Group (staff discipleship)- Attend Staff Bible Study weekly- Evening responsibilities throughout the week will vary as part of the summer team, including but notlimited to: helping with kitchen clean up, helping with overnight events, participating in staffexperience, and helping cover cabins.- Fulfill duties of the leadership team including meetings, discipline, curfew, and other responsibilities
