Implemented training strategies for IT associates and managed IT learning and development initiatives, including technical skills, leadership skills, business process improvement, and Oracle ERP implementations from project kickoff through go-live.

Managed a team of developers in Canon’s Imaging Systems Group to build and maintain blended training programs for Canon’s sales force of approximately 3000 sales reps, sales managers and specialists.

Reduced turnover & time to quota for new and existing sales reps through the development of ILT, VILT and eLearning content for the Canon Sales Foundations program which included product knowledge and demos, the sales process and Salesforce.
