I am currently working as the US Client Services Manager for MarketAxess.In my last role I was a Senior Operations Manager for a Cryptocurrency Organization.Prior to joining the crypto community, I was the Manager of Account Services, within Operations for MarketAxess (MKTX). The Account Services team is responsible for Broker-Dealer and Institutional Client on-boarding, supporting the Americas. I initially joined MKTX as Client Services Manager, also within Ops. Client Services is a Support Team, covering MKTX core products.At J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, I was a member of the Compliance Data Management team in Operations; operating under the umbrella of Disclosure of Interests (DOI). The CDM Ops team monitors and reports on JPMC’s positions and associated trades, in relevant securities. This was in accordance to various laws and regulations spanning three regions: Americas, EMEA, and Asia.With Bank of America Merrill Lynch, I worked on multiple Operations teams. My roles covered Fixed Income Electronic Trading Support, Client Services and Project Management. I have an out going personality and strong interpersonal skills. I gravitate to team building and public speaking.
